Oral Presentation Presentation Preparation
Each session room will be equipped with one Mac and a LCD projector. It is mandatory that all speakers use the provided laptop to prevent the connection problems and save the installation time.
  • Please use horizontal slides and make sure all video clips/fonts are supported. It is recommended to prepare a backup copy in the USB drive for your video clips.
  • Please provide and test your presentation slides at least ONE Hour Before your presentation session at the Preview Room (Room 203, 2F). Preview Room will be in service during the Meeting period.

Poster Presentation



Please be noted your poster presentation is assigned with a Poster Number (ex. P1-01, P7-22). You could find your poster number in Poster Presentation Program. Please use the poster number and kindly follow the guidelines provided as the followings for the preparation and display of your poster.

Poster Display

Dimension of Display board is 90cm width by 160cm height. The paper number will be mounted on the top of the board by the Symposium staff. The poster should be measured within horizontally 80cm max and vertically 120cm max.



Preparation for Presentation
  • Be sure to include the Abstract Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster.
  • The text of your presentation should be visible from 3 feet away. Therefore, a large font (20 point or larger) for the primary text, and an even larger font for headings are recommended.
  • DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER to the APRIM 2017 Meeting venue. Also, APRIM 2017 Meeting will not provide printing service on-site.
  • Be aware that you are responsible to set up the poster by yourself. APRIM 2017 Meeting would not provide any set-up service.

Mounting and Removal

Presenting authors are required to set up the posters during the designed hours shown below.
  • Please use the pins provided onsite. No paste, glue, or staples are permitted.
  • Authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them at the very end of the poster sessions. Posters not removed after assigned time will be disposed directly without permission.
